Salzburg, Austria

On the way to Munich we spent a few hours in Salzburg.  Here is part of Mirabell gardens and on the hill in the distance, Hohensalzburg Fortress, the largest completely preserved castle in Europe (it was never attacked).

The Salzach river which flows through town.

I just have to say, these guys shredded!  The two guys on the left played 3(?)-stringed instruments.  The accordion player played an accordion that did not have the normal piano-like keyboard.  Instead it had button on both sides.  The group played orchestral pieces and did all the solos basically without error.  It was most impressive.  Salzburg is the birthplace of Mozart and a major musical center.
